    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    • 6. Defective or Damaged Items

      If you receive a damaged or defective item:

      Purchases made via PayPal or other third-party payment processors may be returned by mail for a refund to the original account or to a NA*PRAWDE® store for store credit.

       

      Purchases can be returned by mail or to a NA*PRAWDE® store and must be in new or unused condition.

       

      We're sorry, but customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes NA*PRAWDE® Create or special items or cut-to-site belts. If you're not satisfied with your customized NA*PRAWDE® Create pieces. 

       

      Returns By Mail (U.S.)

      Fill out the return form included in your order and include it in your package. Attach the prepaid UPS label included with your order to your shipping box and drop the box at a UPS/USPS location. Your return or exchange will be processed within 5-14 days of receipt. (The timing of when it will post to your account will vary depending on your bank)

      If a full-priced item has been marked down within 7 days of your purchase, you may bring it to the NA*PRAWDE® retail store along with your receipt or call us at  for a price adjustment. Please note that there will be no price adjustments given for sale items that are further discounted.

    We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

        • Orders under $300 (USD): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charged to the customer (Standard Shipping).

        • Orders $300 and above (USD): Qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

    Your NA*PRAWDE® purse or bag is designed with attention to quality and craftsmanship. Proper care will help preserve its beauty and extend its life. Please follow these care tips based on the material of your item.

     

    1. Genuine Leather

    Wearing: 

    Handle with clean hands to prevent oil or dirt transfer. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or excessive moisture to prevent color fading and surface damage. Keep away from sharp objects and rough surfaces that can scratch the leather.

    Storing: 

    Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Fill the bag with soft tissue paper or fabric to help maintain its shape. Place it in a dust bag or breathable cotton cover — never in plastic, which can trap moisture.

    Cleaning:

    Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Use a leather conditioner occasionally to keep it supple and shiny. Avoid alcohol-based or harsh cleaning products.
