If you bought an item sold and shipped by NA✽PRAWDE®. store, you can return or replace it by mail within 30 days of receiving the order unless otherwise noted in our Return & Exchange Policy

We're sorry, but customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes NA✽PRAWDE® Create or special items or cut-to-site belts. If you're not satisfied with your customized NA✽PRAWDE® Create pieces. 

 

RETURNS BY MAIL (U.S.)

 

Fill out the return form included in your order and include it in your package. Attach the prepaid UPS label included with your order to your shipping box and drop the box at a UPS/USPS location. Your return or exchange will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. (The timing of when it will post to your account will vary depending on your bank). 

Returns by Mail by filling out the return form included in your order and including it in your package. Return your order via an insured, traceable shipping service such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL and make the label out to:

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If a full-priced item has been marked down within 7 days of your purchase, you may bring it to the NA✽PRAWDE® retail store (Origianl shipping address)  along with your receipt or contract official email: info@na-prawde.com for a price adjustment. Please note that there will be no price adjustments given for sale items that are further discounted.
