This Privacy Notice explains how NAPRAWDE, LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through
www.naprawde.store, customer accounts, checkout, customer support, marketing, and related online interactions. It applies
to customers, Site visitors, and people who communicate with us.
It does not govern a third party’s independent practices, including a social network, payment provider, or external site you
choose to use. Their notices apply to their independent processing. The Terms of Use govern Site access and transactions; the
Shipping and Return Policies govern fulfillment and returns; cookie choices govern optional tracking where offered.

NAPRAWDE, LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described here. Service providers process
information for us under contracts or instructions. Some third parties may act independently for their own purposes, such as a

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government identification, precise geolocation, health data, biometric
identifiers, or account passwords from customers through ordinary shopping. Do not submit them in free-text fields, reviews, or
AI chats.
24. When and how we collect information
We collect information when you browse, create or update an account, add items to a cart, place or return an order, contact
support, subscribe to messages, enter a promotion, post a review, interact with an AI feature, or otherwise submit information.

a request when permitted by law; we may verify the agent’s authority and the customer’s identity. We will respond within the
period required by applicable law.
We may deny or limit a request when an exception applies, such as completing a transaction, detecting security incidents,
keeping legally required records, exercising legal claims, or protecting another person’s rights. If an appeal right applies, our
response will explain how to appeal.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in the message or by contacting us. Transactional messages may
continue. If SMS marketing is offered, its separate consent and opt-out terms apply. We may keep a minimal suppression
record so we do not contact you again contrary to your choice.
California notice
If NAPRAWDE is subject to California law, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain
information about categories collected, sources, purposes, and recipients; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of
sensitive personal information; and to receive non-discriminatory treatment. NAPRAWDE will honor valid requests and
recognized opt-out preference signals as required. The categories described in Sections 23–27 are the categories collected,
